How to download?

Once you have paid online and your payment has been validated, you are automatically redirected to a download page. Alternatively you can download the software by clicking on the link in the email we sent to you (entitled “Your Deep Silver Order”). If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within 21 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click "download".

All your payments are managed by the Nexway Payment Platform in partnership with Atos.
Nexway employs industry-standard SSL to provide secure credit card transaction. SSL is a communication protocol for transmitting private information over the internet. It works by encrypting data that is transmitted over the SSL connection.
Your payments are therefore secure when shopping with Deep Silver.

How to order ?

1. Select a product. Add it to your basket by clicking the "Buy Now" button

2. Review your order:

When you click on the “Buy Now” button, an order page displays the product(s) contained in your basket (product name, version, quantity and price). You can increase the quantity (or delete) products in the basket and add other games to your basket.

3. Create an account if you are a new customer:

When you click the “Check out” button on the order page, a new page prompts you to fill in an information form:
* Name and physical address (used for billing purposes).
* Email (used to send you the electronic invoice and the access code to download).
* Business (used for professional and intercommunity purchases).

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your email address is valid and that you can access any emails sent to that email account. We will use this email address to send you your order confirmation, serial number/activation key and download link of your software.

Proceed to payment:

Once you have filled in the information form, please choose your payment method (Credit-Debit Card or Paypal). If you choose to pay by credit or debit card the page are secured encrypted (SSL) according to the ISO 8583 standard and the payment is The payment is processed by the Nexway Payment Platform in partnership with Atos. It guarantees you that your banking information is encrypted and protected. Once you have paid online and your payment has been validated, an order confirmation email (entitled “Your Deep Silver Order”) and an invoice (entitled “Nexway Invoice”) are sent to you instantly.

I have not received an order confirmation

If you have not received an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after placing your order, please check whether your email account is protected by a SPAM-filter. If so, the email may have been automatically removed from your inbox and filtered into a special folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder first.
